How long until my order ships?

Every Jingle Resin panel is handcrafted to order just for you, so please allow 10–14 days for crafting and curing. Orders are then processed within 2–4 business days. Once dispatched, delivery takes 12–18 business days with tracking. We email you at every stage — order confirmed, in production, and shipped. Plan on around 5 weeks from order to doorstep.

Will it arrive before Christmas?

Because every panel is handcrafted to order, total time from order to doorstep is around 5 weeks. To be safe for December 25 delivery, order by November 15. Orders placed after that date may still arrive in time depending on your location, but we can't guarantee it. If you're cutting it close, email us before ordering and we'll tell you honestly whether it'll make it.

Why does it take 5 weeks?

Because nothing is sitting on a shelf waiting. Your panel is poured after you order it. Epoxy resin needs time to cure properly between layers — rush it and you get cloudiness, bubbles and soft spots. Then it's hand-sanded, polished, wired, tested and packed. The wait is the reason the piece looks the way it does.

How does the LED backlighting work?

LED strips are embedded along the inner edges of the live-edge burl wood frame, sealed behind the resin. Plug the included USB cable into any adapter or power bank and flip the inline switch. The LEDs light up inside the resin only — warm golden glow illuminates the Santa sleigh scene from within. No light spills onto your wall. Flip the switch off and it's a beautiful piece of resin and wood art on its own.

Is every panel really handmade?

How do I hang it?

Does the light spill onto the wall?

No. The LED glow is contained entirely inside the translucent resin. It does not cast light onto the wall, the ceiling, or the surrounding area. The burl wood frame stays dark and unlit. The effect is a warm golden glow sealed inside the piece — like a lightbox behind glass. This is a locked design feature, not a limitation.

A standard USB cable and inline switch are included. Plug it into any USB wall adapter, a power bank, or even a laptop. There is no battery inside the panel — it needs to stay plugged in for the LEDs to work. Without power, the panel still looks beautiful as unlit resin and wood art.

Can I return it if I change my mind?

Because each panel is handcrafted to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If your panel arrives faulty, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund. The panel must come back unused in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by you using a tracked service. Refund issued within 5 business days of the return arriving with us.

What about the 90 day warranty?

You can add the optional 90 day warranty at checkout. It covers manufacturing and technical faults for three months after delivery — if the LEDs stop working or the panel has a defect, send us a short video. No return needed, we ship a replacement straight into production. It does not cover accidental damage, drops, liquid damage, or faults caused by misuse.
